Only one hour from Bordeaux, in the quiet village of La Barde, Gîtes Les Pépins is a peaceful retreat located in rural South-West France, on the border of the Charente, Dordogne and Gironde departments, within close proximity to Libourne and St-Émillion, on the very doorstep of the famous wine region.
Managed by Helen, you can expect serenity and seclusion, set in acres of countryside, ideal for families and couples looking for a slower pace to explore, and relax.

Fully equipped and beautifully rendered, we are delighted to welcome you in our gîte Pépins du Soleil.
This gîte has two spacious air-conditioned double bedrooms with connecting jack-and-jill bathroom with large shower, a washer and dryer; a kitchen/living/dining area, a private garden with access to the shared pool. Pépins du Soleil can accommodate up to 4 adults as well as a baby/toddler (upon request).

This thoughtfully-designed split-level gîte has an air-conditioned double bedroom with an en-suite shower room; a kitchen/living/dining area; a bright, private terrace and access to the shared pool.
Petit Pépin is ideal for couples and can accommodate a baby (upon request).

Gîtes Les Pépins is set in acres of rural countryside, and has plenty of space for leisure activities, such as trampolining and swings for children, petanque, or a quiet spot for a moment of solitude.
Swimming pool
Beautiful and securely-fenced pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, available for use between 9.30am-8.30pm daily during the spring/summer seasons.
Leisure Activities
Guests will have access to our private stretch of river for fishing (permit required), kayaking or just taking in the surroundings.
Bicycles
Ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside, the many trails, or for visiting our river bank, just 3km away.
